Waterside Plaza offers free shuttle service to its residents Monday through Friday with multiple morning and afternoon departures.
The current schedule is available to residents through the Tenant Portal.
Union Square Route
The shuttle goes to Irving Place between 14th & 15th Streets. The shuttle loads on Level A (street level) in front of Building 10.

20th Street & Gramercy Park South
Grand Central Route
The shuttle goes to 2nd Avenue and 42nd Street. The shuttle loads on Level A (street level) in front of Building 30.

42nd Street & 1st Avenue (under the crossbridge)
42nd street & 3rd Avenue
46th Street & Third Avenue (between Fidelity Investment Firm and a Sparks Steak Houseon 46th Street)

The Waterside Plaza Tenant Portal is an online resource for residents. Using an email address, an access card, apartment number, and password, Waterside residents can set up an account and login to do such things as:
- Pay rent online
- Manage contact info, including emergency contacts
- Download all Waterside forms
- Sign up for a monthly newsletter about the community
- Give feedback and suggestions to management
- Get coupons and special offers from local businesses
