Short Plays on the Plaza!

Waterside's own resident theater troupe, Playformers, is a group of professional playwrights, that with the help of professional actors, present new works. Monday, October 3rd, Playformers will present three original short plays. Read more about the plays below.

First in the showcase is "Donovan's Honor" by Mary Flanagan, the story of a woman named Katie whose wedding day becomes more than she bargained for when the one person who can ruin everything walks through the door.

Next in the lineup, "A Bar of Our Own" by Joann Sprangers Lee is the tale of two senior ladies who open a senior singles bar.

And the final performance of the night is "The Man Who Can Fix Anything" by Joann Sprangers Lee, a play about a neighborhood handyman who has a go at fixing the failing marriage of his best friend & neighbor. These three short gems will make for a great evening of theater so don't miss it!
