Waterside Flea Market Recap!

For those of you who missed it, here are some of the highlights of last Saturday's Waterside Plaza Flea Market. We had a beautiful day and hope all who turned out had a great time enjoying the music, great finds, donation opportunities, and river breeze on the Plaza!

Waterside Plaza donated 1575 lbs of clothing, shoes, linens and miscellaneous textiles to Wearable Collections, an organization that collects clothing from residential buildings and donates them to those in need, which also reduces clothing waste! We are very grateful to all residents and members of the public who participated.

In addition to recycling several electronics, Plaza participants filled resident Waterside high schooler's car to capacity with great stuff for Ghanian children for our Ghana Book, Clothing and Toy Drive. We thank all sellers, buyers, browsers, and donators for helping to make this day such a success for all involved. We hope to see you all (as well as new faces) at this event on another beautiful June day next year! More Flea Market pictures below!
