Class picnics, childrens' birthdays, team gatherings, family reunions, end-of-summer cook-outs, mocktail parties... there are as many good reasons to organize a get-together with friends and loved ones as there equally good reasons for not hosting said get-togethers in your own home. 

The solution? The Waterside Swim and Health Club's breezy and spacious roof deck, now available for rent for parties of up to 50 people. The price is a very reasonable $125 an hour (plus a $100 security deposit), the setting is lovely, the location couldn't be more convenient for Waterside residents (though non-residents are welcome to rent the space, too). 

The two caveats: no smoking or alcohol is allowed... BUT you do have full use of the huge gas grill, the picnic tables, the lounge chairs, the sun, the cool evening breezes, the pretty river views.
