OFFICE OF FOREIGN MISSIONS The Office of Foreign Missions (OFM), US Department of State New York Regional Office administers the following programs to eligible accredited personnel of consulates, permanent missions to the United Nations and the United Nations itself: tax exemption cards, exemption from federal gasoline taxes, and exemption from utility sales taxes.
